After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links. You can also log in to your account and go to My Account → Downloads to access your files anytime.

2. I didn’t receive my order email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, log in to your account to view your order. If the email is missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.

3. My download link expired. Can I get a new one?

Yes! Just reach out to support with your order details, and we’ll refresh your download link so you can access your files again.

4. What file formats are included?

Our products may come in ZIP,  PNG, or JPG formats. ZIP files need to be extracted before use. Please make sure you have compatible software to open the files.

5. Can I re-download my files?

Absolutely. As long as your order is active, you can re-download files from your account under Downloads.

6. What if my file won’t open?

Try extracting the ZIP file first. If you’re still having issues, test with another program. If the problem persists, contact support and we’ll assist you.

Because our products are digital, refunds are only issued if the file is defective or inaccessible. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
